About this position
What you´ll do
- Analyze and define consumer unmet needs to inform future innovation activities
- Collaborate with the innovation team, market research team and other cross functionals on project management and marketing mix development
- Co-create and supervise digital, social media and e-commerce communication of brands in collaboration with Digital Marketing Manager
- Prepare presentations, innovation packages and documents for regular internal meetings and for customer center with external exposure
- Contribute to global advertising campaigns - from agency briefing over production preparation to TV spots and digital videos finalization
- Be the lead for European markets and collaborate with the regional and local teams to ensure execution in excellence
What makes you a good fit
- Degree in Marketing or related field
- 6 years of marketing experience in a global or regional role in CPG/FMCG industry
- You are highly collaborative and are sensitive to cultural differences and consumer preferences across different regions
- You are creative to generate new ideas for branding, packaging, and campaigns that resonate with diverse global audiences
- You have strong verbal and written communication in English to effectively convey messages internally and externally
